Services
Heber Valley Meat provides mobile slaughter and custom processing for livestock including beef, pork, and lamb. Our mobile slaughter includes slaughter, skinning, gutting, and disposal. After slaughter we bring carcasses back to our shop in Heber and cut, wrap, and package them there. Curing is also available.

An additional fuel charge may be applied for slaughters performed outside of Wasatch county.
Note
Prices are based on hanging carcass weight. Typical yield from carcass to finished product is 60-70% but varies depending on size, age, fat content, and more. Exotic and small animals typically yield less than 70%.
Scheduling
In order to schedule custom processing you MUST call us at 435-315-5825 to schedule. If you do not receive a phone call to confirm and discuss logistics your appointment is NOT confirmed. While we do our best to respond to emails and contact submissions on the website there are many things to go thorugh for the slaughters and processing that we need to discuss over the phone.
