Mobile Slaughter & Custom Processing


Services

Heber Valley Meat provides mobile slaughter and custom processing for livestock including beef, pork, and lamb. Our mobile slaughter includes slaughter, skinning, gutting, and disposal. After slaughter we bring carcasses back to our shop in Heber and cut, wrap, and package them there. Curing is also available.

An additional fuel charge may be applied for slaughters performed outside of Wasatch county.


SPECIAL SPRING PRICING

All slaughter and processing appointments from Feburary to June will recieve a 10% discount! We understand that it’s expensive for farmers and ranchers to get their animals processed and are offering a Spring special. Fuel surcharge for slaughters outside of Wasatch county is not included in discount.

Note

Prices are based on hanging carcass weight. Typical yield from carcass to finished product is 60-70% but varies depending on size, age, fat content, and more. Exotic and small animals typically yield less than 70%.
