Heber Valley Meat works with Utah ranchers to offer beef, grass fed beef, pork, and lamb shares. All of our shares are raised, slaughtered, and processed in Utah. The ranchers we partner with have animals available year round. All of our meat comes vacuum packed which allows a two year freezer life. Prices are based on hanging carcass weight. Typical yield from carcass to finished product is 60-70% but varies depending on size, age, fat content, and more.
